On Saturday, the Brother Martin Baseball teams hosted the 3rd annual Miracle League All-Star Game. The day started out with baseball clinics on batting, fielding, and throwing. After the clinics, the 6-12 year olds were split up into four teams to play their game. Next was the All-Star Game! This game had split squads featuring Brother Martin Varsity Baseball players and all-stars from the Miracle League’s 13 and up age group.
While the games were playing there was music provided by the Brother Martin Band, food being cooked by Crusader dads, and a silent auction. The real winner of the entire day was the Miracle League of New Orleans with all proceeds benefiting the league and the children. Thanks to everyone who volunteered and helped make Saturday a day to remember.
