Brother Martin NJROTC and Key Club Join Forces

"On June 18th, 2022, Brother Martin NJROTC and Key Club members participated in an environmental service event at City Park, organized by David Parra ‘23. The team participated in the treatment and removal of vines, camphor and tallow saplings, and other plant growth surrounding native species of trees in New Orleans City Park. Group tasks included identifying native trees and removing surrounding invasive plant species with hand saws, loppers, and hand pruners. By supporting native tree health, our Crusaders supported ecosystems natural to our environment, benefiting local wildlife and our entire community!"
