Congratulations to FSA Recipient Raymond Boudreaux '05, RN, PCCN at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center! Raymond serves on the Chief Nursing Officer Council, Nursing Research Council, Nurse Executive Council as well as chairing the Quality Excellence Council and other performance improvement projects. He has dedicated himself to lifelong learning, the development of specialized skills, and an adaptive attitude that makes him a multi-talented and flexible member of the patient care team. Raymond is a Level 3 bedside nurse in the Clinical Ladder Program, often supervising others on the unit. He supports his fellow team members by providing direct patient care when a fellow team member needs assistance and providing ideas for structural improvement in the systems of care.
Raymond’s team states that he brings calm and confidence in critical situations. Under stress, he remains focused, deliberate, and competent. Raymond has a spiritual side that mirrors his relationship with God. His sense of justice is unquestionable. The progressive care unit is well served by Raymond. He will often pick up additional shifts when the unit is overwhelmed and understaffed. Many of the nominators spoke to him being a role model to the team members on his unit.
Raymond, thank you for sharing your spirit of healing with us. We are a better organization because of you. #SpiritOfHealing
