On behalf of our faculty and staff, I hope everyone is safe and has fared reasonably well over the past few days. Thank you for your patience and flexibility in the aftermath of Hurricane Zeta.
At the moment, we still do not have power on campus with the exception of parts of the Ridgley Center. We do hope that will change before Monday morning. Once power returns, we will assess the campus to ensure that it is safe and functional to resume instruction. As soon as we are able to make a determination about our return to campus, we will communicate that to you through email and School Messenger.
We will plan to move our school-wide liturgy from Monday, November 2 to Thursday, November 5 of next week at 8:30 a.m. so that we have time to make sure all necessary infrastructure is working properly in order to have classes and live-stream the liturgy to all students on CSPN.live as originally planned.
The Archdiocesan Day of Formation scheduled for Tuesday, November 3 has been canceled, so we will now plan to have a normal day of school on Tuesday, November 3 in order to gain back one of the days we lost this past week.
Progress reports that were due to be given to your son or emailed home last Friday will now be distributed to you son or emailed home by all faculty on Wednesday, November 4.
Please continue to check our school’s website for additional calendar updates.
We pray for all of those affected by Hurricane Zeta, and we continue to pray to our Lady of Prompt Succor that we be spared the loss of life and property during this hurricane season.
