Wrestling Team Looking to Bring Home LA State Title

The varsity wrestling team will compete in the Louisiana State Wrestling Tournament this weekend at the Pontchartrain Center. The Crusaders have 12 of its 14 wrestlers seeded in the top 6, and the entire team is seeded in the top 9. The action begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning with the quarter-finals closing out the day starting at 6:00 PM. State semi-final matches are set for 10:30 AM on Sunday, and the state finals will begin at 6:00 PM on Sunday. The team is seeking its 13th state championship. Come out and show your spirit for the Crusaders!
