Building for Champions
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we announced at last night’s Back-to-School Night Parent Meeting, we are excited to transition from the quiet phase to the public phase of Brother Martin High School’s capital campaign, Building For Champions. While renovations to the existing footprint of E.A. Farley Field commenced in June, preparations for this exciting phase began nearly four years ago with the completion of the school’s most recent strategic plan. The resulting Master Plan that addresses the future of our campus includes this comprehensive reimagining of our athletic complex. The re-envisioning of E.A. Farley Field represents Phase I of the capital campaign and is a significant investment that will benefit current and future Crusaders while supporting the school's mission of forming young men for life.
Our Master Plan for the future of Brother Martin High School is a tangible expression of our commitment to providing our students with exceptional opportunities for formation in the educational tradition of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. We are fully committed to meeting the needs of a changing world.
This project, led by Gibbs Construction and Holly & Smith Architects, reflects Brother Martin's ongoing commitment to excellence in every aspect of school life while providing our students with facilities that match their dedication, hard work, and competitive spirit. The multi-million-dollar project is expected to be completed in Fall 2027.
While demolition on Farley Field began on June 22, 2026, we decided to postpone the groundbreaking ceremony until after our students arrived on campus at the start of this school year so that we could celebrate this milestone with those who will benefit most from this project. Therefore, a groundbreaking ceremony will follow our Foundation Day Liturgy on September 30, 2026.
You will receive more information and updates regarding the multi-purpose field immediately following the Labor Day holiday. Please visit brothermartin.com and our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram to see detailed renderings, a visual flyover of the complex, and images of our current progress.
Thank you for your continued commitment to Brother Martin and for your partnership as this project moves forward.
Sincerely,
Greg Rando ‘77, President
