Brother Martin Crusaders in Mr. Skyta's Algebra II classes wrapped up their probability lesson by participating in an exciting odds calculation activity entitled "The Skyta Derby." Students calculated odds based on horses names (which were affectionately named after members of our faculty and staff). With this project, students also learned how to calculate their win/loss ratio, etc.
