Brother Martin High School – Apply Today!

The online Brother Martin High School Application is required for all students applying for the 2026-2027 school year and is due by Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

Brother Martin follows the Admissions Timeline dictated by the Archdiocese of New Orleans Office of Catholic Schools for 8th and 9th-grade admissions.

Admissions Process 

The following considerations are used in admitting prospective students to Brother Martin High School:

  • The student's desire to attend Brother Martin
  • Cumulative elementary school record
  • Recommendations from an elementary school principal or teacher
  • An interview with each applicant and his parent(s)/guardians


For 8th-grade applicants who attend an Archdiocese of New Orleans Catholic Elementary School:

  • Return the Archdiocese of New Orleans Catholic High Schools Application Form for 8th Grade to your Elementary School Principal by Friday, November 14, 2025.
  • The applicant’s Elementary School will send copies of all academic records to the high school of the applicant’s choice by Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
  • Brother Martin High School will upload all academic records to each applicant’s portal once they receive them from their elementary school.
  • Complete the online Brother Martin High School application via the Brother Martin website by Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
  • Students do not need to submit a letter of recommendation, as the Assistant Principal for Admissions at Brother Martin will contact each Catholic Elementary School Principal for a personal recommendation.


For non-Catholic elementary school 8th & 9th grade applicants:

  • Complete the online Brother Martin High School application via the Brother Martin website by Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
  • Parents will need to gather their son’s cumulative elementary school records and upload them directly to their son’s portal account, or they can contact the Admissions Office for assistance. The following academic records should be submitted:
    • Final Report Cards and Standardized Test Scores for the last 3 school years
    • Current first-quarter report card
  • Parents or Students will need to request a letter of recommendation from a principal or teacher at their current school. These letters of recommendation can be mailed, emailed, or delivered in person to the Brother Martin Admissions Office.
