110 students and 12 faculty members traveled to Dallas/San Antonio, Texas for the annual 8th grade trip from Monday June 1st to Friday June 5th. Monday, students visited Dealey Plaza to learn about President JFK’s assassination and followed that up with golf, putt putt, horseshoes, and batting cages at Top Golf. Tuesday included a stop at AT&T Stadium, then all day at Six Flags, and a Texas Rangers baseball game that night. Wednesday morning was the commute to San Antonio. First stop was the Alamo, then SeaWorld, and finally a fine meal at a Brazilian style steakhouse. Thursday was fun in the sun day at Schlitterbahn!! Thursday night the students were able to enjoy all that the Riverwalk had to offer. They arrived back at Brother Martin on Friday around 6:30 p.m. The trip was a great way to end the school year for members of the Class of 2019!
