Students took to the lab in Mr. Frank’s Chemistry class where they measured the effects of temperature on water density. Students poured hot water with food coloring into graduated cylinders filled with cold water, and also poured cold water with food coloring into graduated cylinders filled with hot water. Students were able to observe what happens in each test tube, to determine the effects that water temperature has on density.
