On Tuesday, January 26, students who have earned the Principal’s Honor Roll (a GPA of 4.00 or higher) status for the first semester were treated to a special lunch in the Brother Mark Thornton Terrace. Mr. Rando, principal, joined the students in celebrating their academic success, and Mrs. Debbie Broussard, academic assistant principal, encouraged the scholars to share their ‘gift’ with others by helping in the Formation Center. The meal was catered by Wayne and April Lee, which featured a pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, a vegetable medley, caesar salad, and a dessert. During the lunch, honor roll recipients’ names were drawn for a chance to answer various trivia questions. Several lucky students walked away with a prized gift card for a free lunch at school during their lunch period.
Brother Martin is proud of the Principal’s Honor Roll recipients!
