The Brother Martin Baseball community gathered for the annual reunion and softball game on Saturday, April 16th at Farley Field. Captain Stephen Carroll ’03 and the “gold team” defeated the “white team”9-5. This is Stephen’s 2nd consecutive victory as team captain. Dr. James “Argo” Meza ’66 SA threw out the first pitch. The game was dedicated to Emmanuel “Tookie” Spann ’84. Members of the Meza and Spann families attended the game. The Brother Martin 8th Grade Team took a photo with the team before they departed for the District Tournament, which they won. The 1996 State Championship Team was recognized on the 20th anniversary of their championship season. After the game, festivities continued at Lakeview Harbor where alumni, family and friends enjoyed burgers, jambalaya and drinks.
