2016 Cross Country Reunion and Alumni Race

Members of the Brother Martin cross country community gathered in City Park this past Saturday.  The morning started with the Jack Schommer Invitational races hosted by Brother Martin.  Coach Ryan Gallagher’s ’00 team claimed the boys’ varsity championship.  After, four alumni competed in the “relaunch” of the Alumni Race.  Dennis Panepinto ’81 served as honorary starter and Patrick Aucoin ’05 won the mile and ½ race.  Members of the 1971 State Championship team were in attendance.  Later, cross county parents and friends prepared and served delicious burgers, jambalaya, drinks and snacks for “Family Day.”
