During the Brother Martin/Jesuit High School football game on Friday, November 6, 2015, Brother Martin hosted its annual Junior High Band Night. Prospective students from area elementary schools spent the afternoon rehearsing with the Crusader Band before playing with the Crusader Band in the stands and during halftime at the game. The Junior High band members finished out the night by performing the Brother Martin Fight Song on the field at halftime.
In addition, Crusader Cheerleaders hosted boys and girls ages 4-15 years old as Junior Cheerleaders. At a cheer clinic held earlier in the week, the junior cheerleaders learned cheers and were given a Brother Martin cheer clinic shirt for their participation. At Friday night’s football game against Jesuit High School, the junior cheerleaders joined the Brother Martin cheerleaders on the sidelines during the second quarter of the game as well as during halftime.
