Tim Hemphill ’96, Chief Financial Officer at New Orleans Business Alliance, spoke at the CGN Fall Social on September 16^th, in the Bro. Mark Thornton Terrace. Tim is a strategic financial leader and licensed CPA. Since 2012, he has served as the CFO of the New Orleans Business Alliance, the city’s official economic development champions, uniting a diverse community of stakeholders to catalyze job growth, create wealth and build an equitable and sustainable economic future for all New Orleans’ residents.

Tim graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a volunteer show producer for WWOZ 90.7 FM and an owning partner/performer with the The Funky Beans, LLC.

Part of the CGN mission is to give back to school. The CGN has sponsored students on the College Run, members have served as presenters at Career Day and have spoken to individual classes. The CGN co-sponsors the annual Alumni/Senior Lunch.
