Alumni gathered for the annual Alumni Seafood Dinner in The Benson Mall this past Friday. Johnny’s Seafood & Tasty Tails provided the crawfish, Cindy Henderson and Brother Martin Food Services prepared and served fried catfish, shrimp and hush puppies. Carlo Giangrosso ’40, the attendee from the earliest class, assisted Billy Thiele ’78 with awarding the 50/50 and raffle prizes that included a Hilton Hotel stay, gift certificates to Drago’s and Crescent City Brewhouse and 32-inch HD TV. Members of the Alumni Board of Directors, members of the Brother Martin faculty and staff and members of the Class of ’97 assisted in ensuring a successful event. Thanks to all our volunteers and attendees for making the night such a great event.
