


The dishes that our Crusaders whipped up with Chef D included masa tortillas from scratch, fresh salsa with garlic, tomatoes, and jalapenos using a traditional molcajete, fresh guacamole with fried plantain chips, boiled Yucca root, chochinita pibil, and the 'Drink of the Gods' - xocoatl. Thank you to Chef D and all of our culinary chefs for providing such a unique and hands-on experience for our Crusaders!
