Century II is published three times annually and is mailed to all members of the Alumni Association, the Brother Martin faculty and staff, and friends of Brother Martin High School. When Brother Martin opened in 1969, it was the 101st year of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart in New Orleans. Therefore, Brother Martin started the "second century" of the Brothers in the Crescent City.

With a circulation of over 15,000, the Century II provides information about the Brothers of the Sacred Heart Alumni Association of New Orleans, the Brother Martin campus, Brother Martin athletics, alumni and Alumni Association-sponsored events.
