The 2016 District Literary Rally was held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Loyola University New Orleans. Students from all-metro area high schools competed in all subject areas. Participants were ranked first through fifth place in the rally. Ranked students received certificates and students ranked in the top three also received medals. Not all ranked students move on to State. The number of State Qualifiers depends on the number of schools in each division. Brother Martin placed over 30 students one in almost every subject. Twenty-one students advanced to the State Rally testing which will be held on April 16th on the campus of LSU.
