Fidelity through Change

The St. Aloysius Century Foundation Capital Campaign to Benefit Brother Martin High School

In 1994 under the direction of Brother Ivy LeBlanc, President, a multi-phased master plan for the first capital campaign conducted by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart was initiated for Brother Martin High School.  The $30 million comprehensive campaign outlined in the master plan includes endowment and program development needs.

Phase I, completed in 1999, resulted in the Thomas F. and Elaine P. Ridgley Fine Arts and Athletic Center.

Among the completed Phase II goals are the Roland H. and Macy Paton Meyer Science & Mathematics Building, a state of the art science and mathematics building, renovation of E.A. Farley Field, additional athletic storage, demolition of the Brothers’ residence and the north wing and the relocation of the development and maintenance offices, renovation of the existing Science Labs into classrooms, a new Brother Martin School Sign, a paved walkway from the Ridgley Center to the Meyer Building, and the construction of the James B. Branton chapel.
