Saltaformaggio ’08 Wins Award at Computer Systems Security Conference

Brendan Saltaformaggio ’08, a PhD student at Purdue University, won “Best Student Paper at the USENIX Security Symposium” in August.

The paper is one of only two papers sharing the award from the 67 papers accepted from 350 submissions.

Maldonado ’14 Receives NOTC Scholarship

Four recent high school graduates were honored with $1,000 scholarships at the New Orleans Track Club’s 51st Anniversary Race. Michael Maldonado ’14 was one of this year’s recipients. Michael joins Crusaders Rhett Rogers ’13, and Jared Allen ’12 who have also been awarded this scholarship from the NOTC in previous years.
