Crusader Athletics Recognizes Swimmers

The Athletic Department hosted a convocation on Monday, December 8th in the Terrace honoring the Crusader swim program. Swimming Places 3rd in District Meet

Swimming Dominates During Exam Week

The Crusader swim team controlled the waters in a dual meet against Chalmette High School and Archbishop Rummel.  The team defeated Rummel 112-43 and Chalmette 108-43. Swimming wins 3 of 4

The Crusader Swim Team won three of its four dual meets at UNO on Wednesday, October 1st.  The team defeated Destrehan 123-31, Riverside 128-27, and Ben Franklin 126-29.  The only loss came to the Blue Jays by a score of 132-38. Swimming Wins Big

A multi school dual meet was held at UNO’s pool on Wednesday where the Crusader swim team walked away with a victory after a dominating performance in the water.  The team is back in action on Wednesday, October 1st at 6:00 pm at UNO against Jesuit & Ben Franklin. Swimming is a fall sport lasting from August to mid- November. Some team members continue training with their year- round club teams located throughout the Greater New Orleans area. Practices take place immediately after school at the University of New Orleans Lakefront Arena Aquatic Center.
