These terms of use are subject to change by Brother Martin High School at any time at its discretion. Your use of the website after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes. Please consult these terms of use regularly.

ACCESS TO THE WEBSITES

To access the websites or some of the resources it has to offer, you may be asked to provide certain registration details. It is a condition of your use of the websites that all the details you provide will be correct, current, and complete. If Brother Martin High School believes the details are not correct, current, or complete, Brother Martin High School has the right to refuse you access to the websites or any of its websites or its resources, and to terminate or suspend your access at any time.

The material and content accessible at the website, including without limitation, all trademarks, service marks and logos used by Brother Martin High School or the party that provided the trademarks, service marks and logos (the “Content”) is the proprietary information of Brother Martin High School or the party that provided the Content to Brother Martin High School, and Brother Martin High School or the party that provided the Content to Brother Martin High School retains all right, title, and interest in the Content. SUBMISSIONS

Brother Martin High School does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its websites and will block and remove all Content and user Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another’s intellectual property. Brother Martin High School reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice.

Brother Martin High School reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Brother Martin High School to disclose the identity of anyone posting any e-mail messages, or publishing or otherwise making available any materials that are believed to violate these Terms of Use. By accepting this agreement you, your heirs and assigns, waive and hold harmless Brother Martin High School from any claims resulting from any action taken Brother Martin High School during or as a result of its investigations and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either Brother Martin High School or law enforcement authorities.

ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Louisiana in connection with any dispute between you and Brother Martin High School arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof shall be in the state and federal courts in Atlanta, Louisiana. If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. Brother Martin High School can revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting.
