This morning, the Brother Martin school community gathered in the Robert M. Conlin Gymnasium, newly renovated thanks to the generosity of Mr. D.J. Augustin '06, to participate in our first schoolwide pep rally of the year.
There, our swimming, cross country, and football teams were honored and celebrated. The Brother Martin band and cheer team were instrumental in the success of today's pep rally, our student council was energized, and our NJRTOC put on a grand display.
After a daring and noble quest, our mascot, the Crusader, has finally found a fitting replacement for his former sword. Let it be known throughout the land of Crimson and Gold that the Crusader Spirit bequeathed a new sword of valor and heroism, Elysian Excalibur, to the Brother Martin Crusader during today's pep rally.

Brother Martin alumnus, Mr. Irv Smith Jr. '16, gifted us one of his Minnesota Vikings jerseys, which was displayed in front of our school community during the pep rally today. We would like to thank Mr. Irv Smith Jr. for this gift and for sharing inspiring words with our Crusaders in a video that was shown during the pep rally today.
