Today, January 9, a group of sophomore students visited University Hospital through the Sudden Impact Louisiana program. Crusaders met Ashlee Stokes, a victim of a drunk driving accident at the age of 15 in 2008.
Ashlee sustained a brain injury as a result of this crash and is continuing to fight every day toward her recovery. Ashlee shared her story with our students in the hope that they learned what happened to her can happen to anyone.

Thank you to Sudden Impact Louisiana for this educational and eye-opening experience for our Crusaders!
