_CAB5935At the high school level, it is commonplace for players to play on both sides of the football, particularly in lower classifications with smaller schools with fewer players.

At the highest levels (Class 5A and 4A), you occasionally see a player who plays regularly on one side of the ball while playing a couple of plays on the other side of the ball. It is quite rare to see players who play the majority of plays on both sides of the ball.
