Plans are underway for the November 26th – December 3rd Close Up trip. This trip, sponsored by the Close Up Foundation, a nonpartisan, not-for-profit educational corporation, is open to all Brother Martin Juniors and Seniors. While in D.C. on Close Up, your son will have the opportunity to live and learn with peers from around the country while engaging in seminars with policymakers and exploring historical sites and government offices. Mr. Chris Vicknair, Social Studies Department member, will hold an informational meeting for parents on Wednesday, August 31st, prior to Back- to- School Night, in Room 116 beginning at 5:15 p.m.
The deadline to sign-up for the trip is Monday, September 12, 2016
