The Crusader Beach Volleyball Club recorded a win its first match of the year against the Holy Cross Tigers. Brother Martin defeated Holy Cross 2-1 in matches at White Sands Volleyball Courts on Tuesday afternoon. The team of Brandon Bonura and Parker Copora started the afternoon with a win for the Crusaders taking down their opponents 2 games to 0. Despite a tough two set loss for Austin Bourgeois and Ashton Bonura, a 21-14 first game & 22-20 second game win by Danny Spring and Zachary Ward helped secure the team victory.
The team will be back in action on Tuesday, September 23rd at White Sands Volleyball Courts.
