Crusader Parents: Update on Senior Information

Dear Senior Parents,

I hope that this email finds you and your families safe. Please note the two items below that apply to seniors and senior parents only:

We will offer Parent/Teacher Conferences for senior parents only on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. Please click here to access the Google Form to sign up for Parent/Teacher Conferences. The form will be closed at noon on Monday, April 20, 2020, so please make sure to fill it out before that deadline. If you sign up for a conference, you will be contacted by the teacher between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on April 22nd. You may not select a specific time. The conference will be initiated by the teacher via Zoom (audio only or video/audio), Google Voice, cell phone, or personal landline. April 22nd will be a day of “No Instruction” for all students and teachers with the same instructional guidelines as we had on Friday, April 3. Questions about these conferences should be directed to Mrs. Broussard, Assistant Principal for Academics (dbroussard@brothermartin.com).

Ms. Wild and Mrs. Martinolich will hold a virtual senior meeting on Monday, April 20, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. Each senior will receive an email with specific instructions about how to join the meeting. It is not mandatory for seniors to join the meeting live, but it is strongly encouraged. The meeting will also be recorded if any senior needs to watch it on demand. A summary of that meeting will also be sent to senior parents after the meeting. Questions about this meeting should be directed to Ms. Kelly Wild, Assistant Principal for Student Services (kwild@brothermartin.com).

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to any member of the Administration if you have questions about other topics. We hope these two events will help answer at least some of the unanswered questions that exist during this very uncertain time. We look forward to seeing all of you and your sons when that is possible to do so. Please stay safe and pray for an end to this pandemic.

Sincerely,

Kelly Wild
Assistant Principal for Student Services
