This is a reminder that we will host our first Parent-Teacher Visitation on Monday, October 5, 2020, from 4:00 p.m until 7:00 p.m. Teachers will be available for 5 minute face to face meetings during that time. Please click on the Parents Club link located under Parents’ Quick Links on the Brother Martin website and then scroll down to the link titled Parent-Teacher In-person Visitation Sign Up (October 5). You will be able to sign up from 7:00 a.m. on Monday, September 28th until 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 2nd. You MUST make an appointment for a meeting. Please remember to sign up for all teachers with whom you would like to visit. If your desired time slots are not available and you would like to meet with a teacher, we encourage you to email the teacher(s) directly or call the school’s main telephone line at (504) 283-1561 to leave a message for the teacher(s). Please see the links to view a map of our campus as well as teacher placement for our scheduled visitations.

If you are unable to attend or feel uncomfortable coming to campus, teachers will be available to call you between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on October 5th. Please use this SignUp form to request a phone call that day. You will be able to access the SignUp from 7:00 a.m. on Monday, September 28th until 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 2nd. 

Students will not be on campus on Monday, October 5th, but both cohorts will continue with their learning remotely. Several athletic teams and extracurricular groups will still have practices and/or meetings that morning, so accountability assignments will not be due until 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6th.
