Dear Future Crusaders and Families,
I’d like to first thank you for your patience and understanding as our school leaders have continued to discuss and review the recommendations provided by the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) and the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) in regards to our Summer Programs. The decision to postpone our start date for both our Crusader Camp and Specialty Sports Camps was not one made lightly as we understand the impact it could have on your family’s summer plans. However, we do believe that starting our camps as we are hopefully entering Phase 3 will allow us to provide a camp experience similar to the ones you’ve become accustomed to at Brother Martin High School over the past years. Our primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and health of your children.
We will provide a complete list of all policies and procedures that will be in place through the duration of our camps in the coming weeks. This information will be communicated to you directly and will also be available on our website (www.brothermartin.com).
We have reconfigured our Crusader Camp (Boys 6-12 Years Old) to take place over 4-weeks from June 29th through July 24th. In accordance with CDC guidelines and local guidance, we will be limiting our camp size to 100 campers per week. Please see the weekly concentration activities for each week listed below.
The cost for each week will be $160.00. If you register for all four (4) weeks, the cost is $615.00.

If you have any questions or concerns about our Crusader Camp, please do not hesitate to contact our Camp Director, Mr. Donnie Midkiff ‘03, at firstname.lastname@example.org, or our Admissions Secretary, Mrs. Patty Larkin at email@example.com or (504)283-1561 ext.3022.
In addition to our Crusader Camp, Brother Martin High School will continue to offer a variety of Crusader Specialty Camps. Please see the adjusted camp dates and times below.
Click Here to visit the Brother Martin website for more specific information about our individual camp offerings and to register your son for one or more of our Crusader Specialty Camps.
If you have any questions or concerns about any of our Summer Program offerings, please do not hesitate to contact our Admissions Secretary, Mrs. Patty Larkin at firstname.lastname@example.org or (504)283-1561 ext.3022.
Thank You so much for your consideration in sharing your son’s gifts and talents with us this summer at one of our Crusader Summer Programs. We look forward to seeing him on our campus and we hope that he will #BEaCRUSADER in the near future.
