Rhett Rogers, Brother Martin Class of 2013, was named one of four recipients of the 2013-14 NOTC scholarship. He received his award at the 50th Anniversary race in City Park on August 17, 2013. The New Orleans Track Club, one of the nation’s oldest and largest running clubs, offers scholarships to new college freshmen that are active in the sport of running. The $1,000.00 scholarship is awarded to those individuals that meet one(1) or more of the following criteria: 1) participated in a minimum of 8 NOTC races in the past 12 months; 2) was an active member of their 2013 High School Track Team; 3) was an active member of their 2012 High School Cross Country Team. All applicants must also submit an essay about what running personally means to them. Congratulation Rhett!
