The exceptional Reunion Committee ensured a well-attended reunion with phone calls, email reminders, and communication on social media, especially in the Class of 1981 “group” on Facebook. Committee members were Otto Briede, Michael Calogero, Mike Connick, Gregory Corrente, Eddie Jacobs, Wayne Maldonado, George Mayer, Frank McCaskell, Kerry McGehee, Jean Robert, Scott Shea, and Don Velez.
Over the years, the Class of 1981 has been one of our more engaged classes. The class sponsors, cooks, and serves crawfish at the Brother Martin Fish Fry and enter teams in the Crusader Cook-off annually. Several members of the Class of 1981 also volunteered in major roles at the Brother Martin Golf Tournament and Fishing Rodeo last year.
