Alumni gathered on Wednesday evening for the inaugural meeting of the Crimson & Gold Network’s Law Enforcement and First Responders subgroup. Brad Miller ’99 initiated the meeting, Judge Bob Burns ’62 SA greeted the group and Tim Bayard ’74 led the discussion. Topics included the impact of the Federal Consent Decree and social media on law enforcement, society’s current view of law enforcement and advice on proper procedure. Raffle prizes were awarded and attendees enjoyed sandwiches from Pigeon Caterers, pizza from Pepperoni’s and beverages. Greg Babin ’82, Judge Bob Burns ’62 SA and Robert Hodges ’89 helped sponsor the event.
