At the Foundation Day Mass members of the Brother Martin Class of 1973 were on hand to present a check to school President, Mr. John Devlin, to establish a fully endowed scholarship in honor of their Class.
As the first four-year class to attend Brother Martin, they have raised $73,000 dollars to fully endow a scholarship called the First-Four Year Class of 1973 Scholarship. The earnings from this and other scholarships are used to provide financial aid to students who qualify for assistance with tuition.
These graduates decided they wanted to give something back to Brother Martin and its students because of what the school, the Brothers and their teachers did for them and meant to them.
We are proud of and thankful to this group of Crusader alums for giving back in order to make Brother Martin a better place for the young men who are following in their footsteps.
