  • In addition to Brother Nicholas, the Brother Martin community lost another old friend in Commander Ed Kubicki, long-time NJROTC instructor. Ed died in Riverside CA. Condolences to the Kubicki family and especially to son Matthew ('81).

Dante Butler
  • Running back Dante Butler broke his own school record for rushing yardage in a game when he ran for 302 against Rummel October 9. He had broken Phillip Brock's record of 248 from 1999 with 278 against McDonogh 35 in 2009 and then topped that with 286 against the same opponent this season.
  • Over 50 alumni converged on Brother Martin on Friday, October 22 for the annual Career Day. They gave talks on fields ranging from accounting and architecture to polymer science and personal training.
