Cor Jesu graduate, Archbishop Gregory Aymond, presented the St. Timothy Award to Brother Martin senior Ethan Cassara and other Catholic high school students within the Archdiocese of New Orleans this weekend, highlighting their witness to God and their leadership in our faith community.
From Archbishop Gregory M. Aymond '67 CJ:
"This weekend, I was honored to present the St. Timothy Award to five young people who exemplify Christian service, Catholic leadership, and good moral standards at the Annual Leadership Celebration of the CYO/Youth and Young Adult Ministry Office. The St. Timothy Award is considered the highest award that the Archdiocese of New Orleans can bestow on a young person. The five St. Timothy winners (from left): Ethan Cassara '22, St. Angela Merici, Metairie; Baileigh Goines, St. Joseph the Worker, Marrero; Monica Cabes, St. Dominic, New Orleans; John Price, Mary Queen of Peace, Mandeville; and Nate Walker, St. Anselm, Madisonville."
Congratulations, Ethan, on this exemplary achievement - we are thankful for your witness for all our Crusaders, and we are all so proud of you!
