Rally Around These Winners!

Thirty-two Crusaders placed in the top five at the district literary rally held recently at UNO. The literary rally tests students in various subject areas. Brother Martin competes against schools in Division I, such as Jesuit, Mount Carmel Academy, Grace King, and Chalmette High School. Nineteen of these students placed high enough to qualify for competition at the state level, which will take place on LSU’s campus in Baton Rouge on Saturday, April 20th. Finally, two Crusaders–junior Ashton Robinson and freshman Taylor St. Pierre–placed first overall, higher than all student taking the test from all divisions, in American History and Biology, respectively. Congratulations, Crusaders, on this impressive academic accomplishment!
