Crusaders Take Loss Against Eagles, 29-0

DSC01155_1654The Crusaders struggled to get into their own end zone Saturday at Tad Gormley Stadium, suffering their second loss of the season to Warren Easton, 29-0.

Brother Martin did a good job in the first half keeping the Eagles out of the end zone, allowing just one touchdown, 6-0. But the Eagles scored again one-minute into the third quarter.

Brother Martin Head Coach Mark Bonis acknowledged to Nola.com that the Eagles had a great running game, and said his team showed improvement.  “We’ve scheduled a tough schedule so we can be where we want to be at the end of the season. I think we got better from week one to week two. We’ve got to continue to get better.”
