Keeping with the traditions, Mount Carmel hosted the annual Cub/Crusader Clash on Monday, April 20th. The theme this year was Disney (MCA) vs. Universal (BM). Teams from both schools competed against each other in relay style games awarding points to each event winner. Games consisted of potato sack races, musical chairs, a balloon pop race, a faculty volleyball game and many more testing each school’s toughness and determination. In the end, the Crusaders out scored the Cubs 53-49 in a close outing to bring the coveted trophy back to Elysian Fields.
