Class of 2017 Mother-Son Prayer Service & Dinner

IMG_2536During the 2011-2012 school year, a number of young Crusaders began a new and exciting journey at Brother Martin High School as 7th graders, while others began this journey during the following two school years beginning with either their 8th or 9th grade year.  They all eagerly attended Orientation with their parents, but “Wow, how time has flown!” On Wednesday evening, Brother Martin hosted the annual Mother-Son Prayer Service & Dinner for the members of the Class of 2017 and their mothers. The special evening started with a Prayer Service in the Bro. Mark Thornton Terrace led by Bro. Louis Couvillon, S.C.  During the Prayer Service, each senior presented his mom with a personalized letter of gratitude and love, bringing tears to the eyes of many Crusader moms.  Following the Prayer Service, a delicious dinner, prepared by the Brother Martin Food Service Staff, was served by Crusader Ambassadors and members of the faculty in the Benson Mall. Romaguera Photography was also available for mothers to get one last formal photo with their Crusader before graduation. Crusaders also enjoyed a baby picture contest along with games of Crusader Bingo.
