2008 Crusader Baseball Team

Brother Martin Wins Baseball Championship
Brother Martin's American Legion baseball team, sponsored by Peake BMW and representing Pontchartrain Post 288, won the 2006 First District American Legion Championship Tuesday. The championship game was an exciting one in which Peake BMW came from behind in the final inning to defeat Holy Cross-based Ponstein's 5 - 4. The championship tournament, known as "the City Series", also included a 7th inning come-from-behind victory over Jesuit-based Retif Oil on Sunday. Louisiana Regional Playoffs in Ponchatoula beginning July 15. Peake BMW will play Slidell High-based Thomas Pump on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at 9:00am.

The Baseball Program consists of four levels of competition: eighth grade, ninth grade, junior varsity, and varsity.
